Our project approach for implementing Cybex's e-commerce advanced analytics platform is built on four strategic building blocks, delivered through three dedicated workstreams, and managed according to proven project management methodologies. 1. Implementation of Business/Sales Reports
Information needs for Business and Sales Reports are collected and implemented as SAC-Stories including Anomaly Detection and NLP Interface.
2. Implementation of governed layer-based Data Lakehouse
Data storage is setup based on collected information requirements split in Bronze/Silver/Gold layers. ETL-Pipelines are implemented for data integration.
3. Setting up Integration to all systems of records
Integration is set up for various sources systems e.g. S4. Important: we would consider a migration (not a connection) of BW4 to BDC.

An iterative implementation phase allows Key Business Users to approve development and provide direct feedback for later sprints. Weekly meetings with relevant key users are set up during exploration and implementation. Post-implementation, key and end-user trainings are performed with the development team to ensure adoption.
Development does not match internal guidelines
The technical concept is presented and approved by the customer's internal IT prior to the start of implementation, ensuring alignment with development guidelines.
Development cannot be maintained by the customer
As part of the launch phase, a detailed handover and comprehensive trainings are provided by the development team to the customer's IT. After setting up all connections, we build up the bronze layer of the architecture using data flows, replication flows (for persistent storage) and remote tables (for virtual storage) depending on the connection and data type.
This layer, that we call "Acquisition Layer" then stores raw structured data from all source systems, enabling further development of data models.

Using graphical views, SQL views and data flows which support Python scripts, we transform and harmonize the raw data while also adding business semantics to model master and transaction data.
The silver layer shall be split into a "Harmonization Layer" which divided data by source and "Propagation Layer" which divides data by application and prepares them to be used as foundation for analytical models.

The native S/4HANA connector is easy to set up and support real-time data replication
The native BW/4HANA connector can be used to replicate master data in BW/4HANA that has been managed inside BW before.
As SAP Datasphere will ultimately replace SAP BW/4HANA as a data warehouse, we propose a greenfield approach, that is connecting the source systems of SAP BW/4HANA to SAP Datasphere directly and model master and transaction data in the new environment.
For SAP source systems, we recommend a forward-looking approach that positions SAP Datasphere as the strategic data platform. Rather than simply connecting to BW/4HANA, we propose migrating to a more modern architecture that directly connects to original source systems. This approach reduces redundancy, improves data freshness, and provides a cleaner path forward for Cybex's analytics environment.

We introduced a complex space concept in Datasphere to enable a collaborative platform with defined responsibilities for each subsidiary. For example, SAP BCS/4HANA connects to SAP Datasphere, allowing subsidiaries to provide financial data via their Spaces. Integrating Datasphere into Azure Event Grid showcases the advantages combining of two cutting edge technology stacks.

Since 1911, Klüh is supporting clients in Cleaning, Catering, Clinic Service, Security, Personnel Service, Airport Service or Integrated Services. As part of its digital transformation, Klüh has decided to bring its ERP/CRM system landscape up to the current state of the art. After a long evaluation phase, the decision was finally made in favor of the SAP portfolio. Syskoplan Reply was chosen for the implementation because, in addition to its expertise, it was also a reliable partner.
From the SAP portfolio, Syskoplan Reply has integrated the S/4HANA Cloud (Public Edition), Sales and Service Cloud, Analytics Cloud, Datasphere and Build holistically with the remaining Klüh systems via the Integration Suite. In addition to the actual system introduction, change management methods were also used to implement the changes in the company in the best way.

The aim of the project team at the customer is to implement four strategic projects and the resulting requirement to manage dependencies and interactions: - Migration of data from SAP BW 7.5 non HANA to SAP BW/4HANA - Creation of a reporting system based on this - Creation of a data entry screen for HR data in the SAC. - Development of a planning solution. Interfaces to the peripheral systems are created for both reports and data entry.
The basis for the success of the project is an approach that focuses on the central migration to the modern platform. - Migration is prepared by harmonised development guidelines and architecture - Packaging of the content to be migrated reduces complexity - Iterative transfer creates added value for the business - Legacy BW is shut down together for all content packages

By using the live connection, modifications to the database in the SAC are severely restricted, which is why scripting was often used to implement functional requirements. On the one hand, this is a trade-off between functional requirements and technical feasibility. On the other hand, open, binding and goal-orientated communication within the entire project team as well as with the customer contacts is a key success factor.

Our cost proposal for the Cybex e-commerce advanced analytics implementation is based on a detailed analysis of the project scope, timeline, and resource requirements. We provide transparent pricing and flexible options to accommodate Cybex's budgetary considerations.
Rate Card
Below is an overview of our current rate card in the SAP Analytics environment
Our rate card reflects competitive market pricing for SAP analytics expertise. The rates include all standard consultant services including project work, documentation, and regular status meetings. Travel expenses, if required, would be charged separately based on actual costs.
For the Cybex implementation, we've assembled a team with the optimal mix of expertise levels to ensure both quality deliverables and cost efficiency. The specific allocation of resources by level is detailed in the effort estimation on the following page.
Effort and Cost Estimation
For the implementation of the described work packages over a period of ten weeks, we estimate a total effort of 98 person-days or €111,800.00. We assume that most of the activities will be carried out remotely, with on-site activities not exceeding 10%. The effort is distributed among the described work packages as follows:
The estimation does not include any license costs for the SAP Software Stack.
We can offer preparation and exploration phase together as a fixed price as indicated in the table above. After the exploration phase the estimation for Realize, Launch and Hypercare is evaluated against the defined backlog together with Cybex. The resulting efforts can then be offered again as a fixed price.
